Underpaid contractors in Uganda to sue Washington over lack of payment

Uganda contractors hired to guard U.S. government facilities in conflict zones over the past two decades are filing a lawsuit against their former employers. They say they were underpaid by the Americans for their work, leaving them deep in debt.
