Did we fix the glitch? Testing at 48000hz instead of 44100hz

When listening to my VODs, occasionally I hear subtle audio glitches and I'm not sure what's causing them.

I'm not sure if they occur live or just in VODs. UPDATE: They are occurring live as well

I'm listening to this test stream in the other room, checking for blips in the audio.

--DIDN'T FIX-- streaming at a lower video bitrate and running OBS as Administrator.

==IN PROGRESS== the next test will be changing the audio sample rate.

If that doesn't fix it, the next step will be to try using my computer's onboard audio line-in instead of my external USB soundcard.

My guess is that the USB soundcard is the actual issue, but lets narrow it down.
