Tiffany Boyd testifying in opposition to SB0503, the Education Freedom Scholarship Act

Tiffany Boyd testified 2/28/24 in opposition to SB0503, the Education Freedom Scholarship Act. In Tiffany's testimony she asked the Tennessee Senate Education Committee to remove Category Four schools (homeschoolers) from the proposed Bill.
