Did we fix the glitch? Testing streaming at a bitrate below 6000 Kbps

When listening to my VODs, occasionally I hear subtle audio glitches and I'm not sure what's causing them

I'm not sure if they occur live or just in VODs.

I'm listening to this test stream in the other room, checking for blips in the audio.

We're currently testing streaming at a lower video bitrate and running OBS as Administrator.

If this doesn't fix it, the next test will be changing the audio sample rate.

If that doesn't fix it, the next step will be to try using my computer's onboard audio line-in instead of my external USB soundcard.

My guess is that the USB soundcard is the actual issue, but lets narrow it down.
