Rob Thomas Nutrigenomics - Wellness Wednesday

For our Wellness Wednesday session on the 28th February we werw delighted to welcome Rob Thomas to speak to us about Nutrigenomics.

The term ‘nutrigenomics’ was coined in 2004 and can be best understood as “food talking to your genes”.

Rob will also speak about cellular physiology and detox pathways.
