The 4th episode of "The American View", hosted by Michael Peroutka and John Lofton. Peroutka was the Constitution Party candidate during the 2004 U.S. presidential election.

"Our fourth nationally-syndicated, one-hour radio show --- "The American View" --- co-hosted by myself and "recovering Republican" John Lofton --- will be broadcast this weekend, this Sunday. This program features actual audio soundbites from some of the things said on CSPAN recently by Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer, Sandra Day O'Connor and Antonin Scalia. To put things charitably, the remarks of Justices Breyer and O'Connor are horrifying and show that they haven't the slightest idea of the true "American view" of law and government or what they took an oath to uphold."
