Today is NATIONAL PEANUT BUTTER DAY! The Aztecs & Incas used a peanut paste. In 1903: Dr. Ambrose Straub developed and patented a machine specifically for making peanut butter. I like CRUNCHY the best. What's your favorite: CRUCNCHY or SMOOTH?
