Constitution Party of Pennsylvania's first television ad for Jim Clymer's campaign during the 2004 U.S. Senate election against Democrat Joe Hoeffel and incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Arlen Specter. The ad was initially released via the JimClymer.com campaign website and later aired in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Altoona, Johnstown, Erie and Scranton-Wilkes Barre, PA.

Clymer, the Constitution Party's national chairman, came in third place with 220,056 - taking nearly 4% of the vote - and was among the party's most successful campaigns in a major U.S. election.
