Strange Flying Object over Venezuela

In this video a strange UFO is seen.

The object is quite different than most
UFOs seen or videotaped.

It shows 4 very bright lights in a row
moving from right to left.

Its movement is quite erratic and it is not far
above the ground.

Oddly, the object turns into a circular object with
lights all around it.
