Frank Antonacci opened the Como Restaurant on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls in 1927. His Grandson, Dominic Colucci is the third generation of his family to keep the tradition going. He says "we have had loyal customers from Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Canada." They just celebrated their 90th anniversary last year and they are not resting on their laurels. While the loyal customers have clamored to the Como for decades they have a number of loyal employees too. 84-year-old Gino, the on site butcher has put in 40 years and says with a smile and a twinkle "I'm too old to go anywhere". By the numbers, the Como estimates that they have made 9 million meatballs since 1927 and two million one hundred gallons of sauce. Lots of celebrities have fancied the Como, and their autographed photos are hanging in the lobby including Chuck Norris, Frank Sinatra and our own Keith Radford.  Dominic's son, Dominic the third has already jumped into the business and that makes the fourth generation to keep the tradition going. His dad says "you don't see too many businesses exist for four generations."
