A Federal Judge on February 21st found that “selective prosecution” of a far right group without charging their far-left counterparts for the same act is “constitutionally impermissible.” US District Judge Cormac Carney therefore dismissed charges against 2 men from the “white nationalist” Rise Above Movement who violently clashed with far-left group ANTIFA at 3 Southern California pro-Trump events in 2017. The Jude expressed the importance of equal protection under the law. He said prosecutors were wrong for exclusively targeting them without pursuing charges against ANTIFA.
