Who is Tedros, the WHO puppet?

This is the guy who wants all nations to approve a treaty giving full power to a non-elected body to rule over national authorities. I know, in Europe, countries are no longer independent and autonomous, we follow the EU rulling (non-elected people as well), which follows WEF, UN, and WHO orders. Comunism brings nothing but disgrace, murder, and poverty.
