I believe all American Lukewarm Christians stop reading the book of Revelation when they read the Second Seal. It's too much for them - it doesn't fit the lukewarm, patriotic narrative they were told at church...and so they run back to their American lifestyles. I am guilty of this as I am an American Christian - the difference is now I preach the truth as it shown in the Bible. If you don't like what the Bible says...take it up with the author.
