Hill Country BBQ NYC - Texas Style BBQ Ribs, Brisket, Sausage!

Nori requested some Texas BBQ style meats in NYC. This one called Hill Country House BBQ served just what he was asking for! We ordered the Pit Master which included ribs, brisket, chicken, and spare ribs with a side of cucumber salad. We also got collard greens which Nori said he loved too! Not a bad spot for some BBQ meats!
