Bishop calls AFP use of Attack Helicopters as "Overkill", CHR to investigate possible Abuse

Catholic Bishop Gerardo Alminaza recently critized the use of Attack Helicopters by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in Negros Occidental as "Overkill", saying it resulted in the suffering of Innocent Civilians there, and the Commission of Human Rights (CHR) has started the Investigation of the possible Abuse by the AFP. The AFP now unfortunately is now on the Defensive again on the Issue of "Human Rights" under the Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM).
