Dog Off Its Leash Attacks Police Horse With Cop Riding It In Los Angeles

A dog off its leash was running around Melrose and attacked an LAPD Mounted unit horse until another officer gave it a whack with a stick. The dog wasn't finished and came back for a second round but the officer with the stick was ready.
