Why are there Concentration type Camps?

I work in the vicinity of that homeless encampment with tiny shelters. When they were cleaning it out, I got to take a look inside and it freaked me out because it reminded me of the inside of what the Nazis termed the showers.. no one cares because they’re homeless people but but that could be a test run for all the rest of us wake up!
