In the 6th century AD, after years of waiting and longing, Prince Siddhartha was born on a full moon night. In the eyes of his parents King Suddhodana and Queen Maya, he was unique from the moment he was born. Prince Siddhartha had 32 auspicious marks, some people predicted he would become the savior of mankind, while others predicted he would be a Chakravarti. Prince Siddhartha proved both predictions correct. In his growing years, he was the perfect prince and warrior, the pride of his father the King. To his noble wife Yasodhara, he gave endless devotion and compassion - he was the husband of every woman's dreams, yet few could attain him as such. Although King Suddhodana protected him extremely, in order to prevent him from seeing the suffering of sentient beings and thus embarking on the path of renunciation, he eventually still fulfilled the prophecy of becoming a thinker and philosopher, because even as a young prince, Siddhartha was born with a nature that often questioned and contemplated the phenomena around him.

Prince Siddhartha maintained contemplation towards everything, be it society, physics, nature or humanity. He was innately endowed with profound sympathy and compassion. These questions of Prince Siddhartha did not stem from a child's natural curiosity about the outside world, but rather a deep rational and philosophical contemplation about his surroundings. His despair towards worldly life became even more unbearable after the protective walls built by his father to keep him away from the agonies of the world collapsed.

The Buddha's awakening not only illuminated his own path, but also the future path for all sentient beings. In the subsequent millennia, his Dharma illuminated the entire world - this accomplished Buddha, a word that symbolizes truth, peace, love, compassion and justice today, just as the Buddha himself demonstrated, unparalleled by any. The revival of the Buddha's teachings and beliefs in modern society is undoubtedly happening.
