A Journey in Insight
Feb 27, 2024 ST. CATHARINES
Welcome back to my YouTube Channel everyone!!!
Been a while since I did a "normal" video, or as normal as it gets for me, haha! However, it's time I touched base with y'all and caught everyone up with me and my happenings.
In today's video, A Journey in Insight, I discuss my latest dramatic film short, Nightmare in Black & White, that I released on Valentine's Day, possibly not the "sweetest or most romantic" gift for the day of love worldwide, however, I'm known for being a bit different than most, but hey, that's what makes life interesting, walking outside the norm, and I have always done this.
I discuss my technique used in Nightmare in Black & Whites' film short, and how I injected myself into the role I was portraying, even if it was myself. I speak about my dear, wonderfully talented photographer, and close friend, the late Sam Restivo, and his amazing talent behind the lens, as well as before it with his endless creations, styling, and direction. We worked together in endless shoots ranging from ever genre known to photographers. It was a blast, and I learned so much from him. This might possibly be why I take such pride in doing the dramatic film shorts that I've produced thus far, An Unsuspected Interlude, The Impact of Dramatic Art, Nightmare in Black & White, and as I say in this video, if Sammy were here, he would be right in there with me, directing me in ways I would never think to venture. But art is endless, and always in the eyes of the beholder.
For his viewing public, George, the YouTube Star makes a laid back appearance for his adoring public, even though he was refusing to come on camera, the camera found him, as he's never far away.
I hope you enjoy today's video, and I invite you to Like, Share, Comment, and Subscribe for future videos and film shorts from yours truly. Be sure to click the Notification Bell for immediate notification of a new video from me. I shall return soon, and in the meantime, keep smiling, enjoy your choices, and stay well!!
Thank you for watching!
Rusty.
