Painting the Vintage Tsukuda Hobby Cat's Eye Figure of Ai Kisugi

Welcome!

Our next project is a true vintage piece! Tsukuda Hobby, an old resin kit brand had a lot of exciting model kits in the past decades, and today's figure is also from them: it shows one of the protagonists of the classic anime and manga series, Cat's Eye. She is Ai Kisugi (also known as "Love" Kisugi in many of the European dub of the series), in her orange leotard.

I had a lot of struggles while painting it, and I realize it's an older model, not as pretty and detailed as the current ones but I hope you'll enjoy the process nevertheless.
