Easy cake cooking and ingredients:
1 egg.
Add 50 grams of sugar.
Add 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Add dry lemon peel 7-10 gr.
Add 240 ml of milk.
Mix.
Add 300 g of sifted flour.
Add baking powder 9 gr.
Mix well.
24 cm baking dish, grease and dust with flour.
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Spread the dough evenly on the mold.
Jam to taste (I put cranberry jam in it).
Pour the jam or jam into a piping bag.
Apply the jam to the dough in a circular motion.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
Let the cake cool down.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
