Paul Ferguson will spend between 30 and 100 years in prison

He pled guilty in December to one count of first-degree child abuse in the death of 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson and testified against their mother, Shanda Van Ark. The judge went above the sentencing guidelines of nine-to-15 years in prison due to the nature of the abuse. His mother was found guilty in December.
