Adrian Cooper

Adrian is a cofounder of SWV Multifamily and is an active real estate investor with ownership in over $120M in holdings in Texas, Florida, and Tennessee. He has over 15 years experience as a Research Scientist, functioning in R&D in cancer, inflammatory disease, and in the organ transplant field. Over the past 5 years, he has leveraged his knowledge as an expert in data analytics to invest in successful residential and commercial real estate ventures. In 2019, he founded an investment company focused on syndicating commercial retail and residential properties and later cofounded SWV Multifamily in 2021. He plays a key role in the financial operations of SWV and uses his extensive experience with acquisition and due diligence to analyze and underwrite new opportunities for the company.
