19-Year-Old Human Smuggler Tries to Flee Texas DPS Agent

A 19-year-old human smuggler attempted to flee a Texas Department of Public Safety agent while dropping off a few illegal immigrants on the way, who also tried to run away, but both the human smuggler and the three illegals were detained.
