‘Global South countries are leaders of the modern world’ – multipolarity forum participant

The Second Congress of the International Russophile Movement, and the Forum on Multipolarity are underway in Moscow. Representatives from over 130 countries are taking part. The head of the Crimea Development Foundation told us that Russia is a key driver of global geopolitical change.
