Brussels before setting them on fire on Monday, as they protested against competition from cheap food imports, excessive environmental rules and subsidies favouring large firms. Around 100 tractors were parked around the European Union (EU) institutions' headquarters ahead of planned speeches, a short distance from where agricultural ministers were meeting.
