There are two exits in this level. The main one proceeds on to level 16 "The Omen". The hidden exit (which is taken here) proceeds to the secret level (level 31) "Cyberden".

*I ran into a problem on this level, where I was short 1 kill and 1 item, and couldn't figure out how to unlock the NPC. The item was a Brutal Doom-specific item and unreachable. I finished the level short these two things, then went back to use IDCLIP to kill the last NPC and acquire the last item, and finished again with 100% completion.
