The biggest Veterans Issue in America 🇺🇸 Today is Veterans Homelessness and it can most graphically be demonstrated only after doing a pretty deep dive of research 🧐 into the desperate ongoing FUBAR Nightmare Scenario of My Brother and Sister Disabled Veterans in West LA.

Below is just one article of one of America’s Most Valuable Players when it comes to Patriotic Veterans Activism.

His name is Ryan Thompson and I am in awe 🫢 of him. Literally.

He has all the Spreadsheets, Land Grab Deed Documentation, Meeting Notes, Dollar 💵 Amounts of how a gigantic tract of land deeded specifically to Veterans gets continually made smaller and less and less oriented to benefit disabled homeless veterans with each passing day.

Subject: The Differences Between What We May Know in Context of Truth
If I was a fool when it came to the matter of a Soldiers' Home in Our Nation's Capital of Veteran Homelessness & Suicide; which in Fact I was until 2019:

I would know that when Brentwood School and UCLA abandoned their Appeals and Interventions to Valentini v. Shinseki with Prejudice in 2014, that was the Settlement of the Valentini v. Shinseki case Veterans won by Judgement, Ruling and Orders in 2013, against the US DVA, about non-parties Brentwood School and UCLA.

I would know the attorneys technique of settling the case, was doing it without Plaintiffs, without settling and without enforcing the settlement that doesn't exist.

I would know that by the end of 2015, such an ingenious settlement ended Veteran Homelessness in Los Angeles and Beyond...  by relying on private developers, non-federal governments and billionaire real estate investors; and our Public Funds.

I would know the ingenious settlement enabled Congress to brilliantly create a West Los Angeles Leasing Act for the developers, non-Federal Governments and billionaire real estate developers, to finally enable the Federal Government to house homeless Veterans on land Deeded to House Homeless Veterans, ever since Congress began accepting Deeds by Acts of Congress, as well as those Deeds' Terms as Offered, well over 100 years ago.

I would know the legislative magic behind that WLA Leasing Act's success in finally making it legal for VA to house homeless Veterans at the Soldiers Home, was replacing the 2012 Camp LeJeune Act; that required VA to house homeless Veterans at Soldiers Homes using plenty of Our money that Congress appropriated for US DVA to get that done, even in Soliders Home Building 209 - after VA finished renovating with some of those Public Finds in 2015.  Fortunately, the Leasing Act only needed to replace the LeJenue Act's Authority, over a Soldiers Home in Our Nation's Capital of Veteran Homelessness.

Thanks to the Leasing Act, we also got the UCLA Baseball Enterprise; to be absolutely sure, that the private think tank ending Veteran Homelessness in L.A. and Beyond, has the resources it needs to play ball, with disabled and homeless Veterans' lives.

And by now I would know that a 2023 lawsuit, by the UC attorneys in business with VA GLAHS, who also created the ingenious settlement ending Veteran Homelessness in L.A. and Beyond in 2015, proved that merely one year after those attorneys ended L.A.'s Veteran Homelessness in 2015 - that the West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016, for the first time in history - created a duty for VA to house homeless Veterans at their Soldiers Home; in a little patch between the subways, private schools, baseball fields, golf course, clubhouse, oil fracking and parking lots...  Inside rental apartments for Veterans paying rent to the developers for up to 20 years, of the developers 99-year leases, giving away the Soldiers Home's homeless Veteran housing buildings; such as Building 207, which the developers evicted all the Veterans from, to convert their former Homes for homeless Veteran housing into private apartment rentals, using up to a million dollar renovation budgets per studio apartment, which we paid the developers to perform under that free, 99-year enhanced use lease.

I would know that in addition to the developers "leasing" Bulding 207 from us in the 99-year Enhanced Use Lease without a lease payment - that it may have taken eight years to renovate the studio apartments by conversion and quiet of title; but even with the additional 10.5 million we gave them in cash, as well as the 2-3 million dollar developer fee - those renovated apartments 59 Veterans can rent from the developers today, sure look nicer than when over 100 homeless Veterans were living in them...  Until the eight year construction phase started.  And I would know that as long as we Taxpayers keep paying the developers those Veterans' rents, the developers will let them rent them, permanently, for 20 years; right up until the point of whatever happens next, to all the Federal Buildings on Deed-Restricted Federal Land for Homeless and Disabled Veterans... Over the rest of the 99-Year Enhanced Use Leases.

I would also know that even if all these really great things can get a little hard for me to understand, all I have to do is ignore the confusion or pretend I understand everything.  That way the people who help me understand all this, will still compliment my intelligence and invite me to use the inside of the Soldiers Home if I'm not a Veteran; and the outside areas if I am a Veteran - as long as I let UCLA and Brentwood School PR People take pictures of me, and the contractors get my liability insurance payment they order me to expense for their benefit, each time I use the outside area of my Soldiers Home.

I would know pretending not to be confused about all the good news, could also keep me from being arrested at a Public Meeting in Open Session, during my registered time to peacefully speak for five minutes, if I were to let anyone know I'm confused then.

But still I would know it really does remain confusing, why there are but a third to half of the disabled and / or homeless Veterans living at their Soldiers Home today, than how many there were living there in 2015... Is it because we ended all the Veteran Homelessness in L.A. and beyond back in 2015?

Or why a third of the homeless Veterans living at their Soldiers Home today, are in flammable plastic boxes without sinks and toilets called homes...

Or why the developers and non Federal governments which ended Veteran Homelessness in L.A. in 2015, have only housed less than 15% of the 637 disabled and / or homeless Veterans at their Soldiers Home as of July 2023; inside the Soldiers Home housing buildings those developers evicted Veterans back into homelessness from, to renovate the buildings for Veteran renters they now collect from, after we buy vouchers for those Veterans to pay the developers those rents, in the studio apartments we gave the developers up to a million dollars of our Taxes, to renovate, apiece.

I would also know its best not to be confused, especially when I can make fun of other people who are - because as soon as we pay for the developers ~500,000 sqaure foot commercial retail district at the Soldiers Home called a "Town Center" - those other confused people are really gonna be sorry...

As sorry as I remain today, for being unable to figure out how to help everyone confused about the Soldiers Home get over that confusion; about why they hear so much good news, as far as what Concourse Federal writes for the Free Press to say, on what's being done for the disabled Veterans whom keep dying homeless around us in Los Angeles County every single day....  Even the ones I'm pretty sure aren't the drug addicts and killers I keep hearing about, from local news agencies Ron Olson founded, as well as from LA City councilmembers and from my private neighborhood land use special interest group's board members...  Veterans whom keep dying homeless in Los Angeles County every day, while the rest of the United States ends Veteran Homelessness; without the people confusing us an d eventually themselves - with lies I can no longer accept as truth, nor ignore in fear; for any lazy, selfish or unethical reason ever again.

Since 2019 I can no longer accept what I see die upon a lie.  It is much easier to bear the slander of liars who cant make sense, no matter how much they steal from us and disabled homeless Veterans; than tell myself it is ok to let them kill disabled homeless Veterans with their lies in front of Our eyes; if it will save my job, friendships with liars and / or keep me from looking stupid in stupid acting peoples' eyes every time I act smart...  But alas, I am never smart enough to make the decisions about this which others must for themselves.
