The Social Security Fraud. It's only for U.S. Citizens, not For Americans

We were told that we needed a Social Security Card to be employed in this country. That was a huge lie. The Social Security Program was set up as a Federal Pension plan for it's employees. Who are their employees? Only U.S. Citizens. This program did not apply to Americans but we were never told that.
