"I eyeball the measurements based on my intuition and what i need each day. Some days i need more cayenne if i have cramps and some days i need more turmeric/pepper + lemon if I'm fatigued and bloated."

General Recipe:
• 1 TSP tumeric
• pinch of pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne
• 1/2 lemon
• optional but strongly encouraged fresh ginger or powdered ginger (as wholesome + local as possible).
• also optional: raw local honey.
Every morning on an empty stomach.
