Ingredients and preparation method:
Chop 1 onion.
Chop and peel 1 bell pepper.
Chop 2-3 tomatoes.
Chop 1 spring onion.

Fry the onions in a pan.
Add vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
Break 4 eggs.
Decorate with parsley.
