"Ma'am, was the man who raped you a man or a woman?"

We have watched the law enforcement profession relentlessly attacked and condemned for years by external forces. There is no force, however, more insidious, more lethal, more deadly than cowardice leadership from within. When police are unwilling to identify a rape suspect as a man eventhough he has left physical evidence of his biological sex at the scene, we have crossed the Rubicon into absurdity and state sponsored lawlessness.
