Romanian MEP Cristian Terheș explains why he voted against vaccine passports in 2021

"I had one question and I said based on this I will decide if I vote in favor of it or against it. Can someone die after receiving this injection?...And the person said, 'Probabilistically yes.'

And I said, 'For certain I am against it...because I am not God...We cannot play Russian Roulette with these people.'"
