Against this backdrop, Trey seamlessly and incisively weaves the story of Joseph gleaned from both the Biblical record in Genesis 37-50 and the account given in the Apocryphal Book of Jasher; this all but forgotten history of ancient Egypt; and the myths and legends of the Egyptian pantheon of gods together into an electrifying narrative grand tapestry through which the viewer will not just hear the epic saga of Joseph retold like never before, but learn how God worked directly in Joseph's life to fulfill prophecy and keep His covenants; and how these events set the stage for the Exodus of Moses.
