Paul Murphy - 'The Girl That I Love So Much' . Take 2

Another carriage on the nostalgia train. This week, I had an idea to go through some of the, I guess 'deep cuts', from my catalogue. Having written some 1300 songs, the well is pretty deep, and, sadly, so are some of the cuts still.

This song goes all the way back to 1982, and so far as I know, was never played live, and hasn't seen daylight in over 40 years. I feel the same about myself, sometimes. The intro is longer than the song, what with anecdotes whilst the traffic outside disperses.

This is the second of 2 takes, and is the better technically. I have also uploaded the first run-through, as it has that first-take innocence about it. There's a nice yin and yang about this song, the lyrics are pretty lonesome road, whilst the music is all in majors.
