Phil Schneider - November 1995 Lecture -

The last lecture that was given by Phil Schneider before his assassination, after 16 attempts. He was a government employee who developed a drill that could make a hole that was 28 feet in diameter, seven miles deep a day, and would leave an agate "residue" that was an added strength to the tunnel. He was also engaged in a "fire fight" with extraterrestrial's which ended with him getting shot and receiving cobalt radiation poisoning. Also contained in this lecture is his knowledge of black project secrets, including: higher elemental chart, supper elements, e.t.'s, underground bases, vehicles and weapons.

The Shocking TRUTH Behind Dulce Base and the American Government. Dulce Base is the subject of a theory claiming that a jointly-operated human and alien underground facility exists under Archuleta Mesa on the Colorado–New Mexico border near the town of Dulce, New Mexico, in the United States.

Phil Schnieder claimed to have seen it all first hand, and did not live long after talking about it, to continue telling his story. This is his story and his last recorded speaking event.

Who was Phil Schneider?
Phil Schneider was born on April 23, 1947. He was a self-taught geologist and explosives expert. He is known as a person who worked for many years in collaboration with special services of the United States, had access to information of the 3rd level of secrecy.

Phil Schneider was able to take part in the construction of at least two underground bases for the so-called “secret government,” as well as in the construction of 13 deep-seated military bases underground. Two of these bases were major, including the much rumored bioengineering facility at Dulce, New Mexico.

He died on January 17, 1996, reportedly strangled by a catheter found wrapped around his neck – the unusual death being dismissed by the authorities as a suicide.
