I have said now, for over 10 years, that the majority of the world populous experiences thoughts that aren't actually their own. What I mean by this is that they themselves do not actually generate their thoughts, but instead experience a stream of thoughts from an outside source, that they learn (over a period of years) to a identify with as if they are their own thoughts.

You can directly experience the truth of what I am saying but beginning to do the thoughtlessness exercise, as well as the motionlessness exercise. We talk about these exercises regularly on this channel, and to learn more about them, please take some time to look through my video archive.

These 2 exercises will allow you, over a period of time, to observe the stream of thoughts constantly pulsing through your mind. You will see clearly that you can observe these thoughts. If you, the observer, can observe your thoughts, you will see clearly that you are listening to a stream of mental activity, instead of generating the thoughts yourself. These thoughts operate on their own volition, outside of the conscious recognition of the individual experiencing them. The key to getting rid of these unwarranted thoughts is to first experience them. This is achieved through the two exercises mentioned above. By doing these exercises, the stream of thoughts running through your head will slowly fade away, and you will experience what its truly like to have mental clarity.

Please remember: illuminated sages such as the Buddha, Christ, Thoth, etc - all taught their disciples of the importance of achieving a state of thoughtlessness. They knew damned well that the evil forces here on earth get into the minds of people and replace their organic thoughts with their own.
