04-13-2023 001 - April 13th, 2023 - First Video Of "Gee Gee's Hideaway"

This is the first video that was made of the land that I purchased in 2023. This video was taken a few weeks after the purchase was finalized, and Spring had finally sprung.

This is just a quick tour that I had originally made to send to a friend to get help with how to actually "do" everything.

There is no electricity or water on the property, and it is just a small A-Frame, but there are over 40 fruit trees of various kinds, and about the same amount of grape vines that are of the variety Kailashka Muscat. And the property came with five bee hives. Only three of-which have bee colonies in them.

And, as you can see - there is a small secluded reservoir only a very short walk from the property.

At this point in the journey, I and my wife are complete babies - knowing nothing about caring for a property (besides how to cut the grass), and nothing about caring for an orchard or vineyard. Only a serious passion to learn.

Also - at this point - we did not have a vehicle that we could actually drive up to the property, as there is a section of the road that would collect water and become a pretty deep mud puddle, so we had to park our car at the highway and walk up the hill - about half a kilometer. (And, at that time, I was fat and out of shape from sitting on my ass in front of a computer for over 10 years.)
