J.C. Philpot The Seceder

RTM's newest video discusses the life and ministry of J.C. Philpot. Philpot alongside his good friend William Tiptaft were known as the seceders because they left the Anglican Church to become Strict and Particular Baptists. Philpot gave up his position as a minister in the Church of England and eventually became a minister amongst the Particular Baptists. A story of conscience and putting Christ first in one's life.
