Crooks have been targeting apartments along North Delaware Street in Indianapolis and people who live in the area are worried they might be next. Three times in the past week, thieves have broken into apartments on North Delaware Street. The latest robbery occurred at the Windsor Building. Police say a 23-year-old woman was getting home from her job as an emergency medical technician when someone robbed her at gunpoint. According to the police report, two thieves then stole her 2010 Hyundai Elantra. The young woman said she was still shaken by the incident and too fearful to go on camera. Indy Flats, the firm that manages the apartment complex, sent out an email to residents that their locks would be changed.
