Since...

1. All ‘vaccines’ are pharmaceutical products, and no pharmaceutical product or other medical intervention is 100% safe
2. The vaccine injury compensation program exists for a reason

... “safe and effective” is, and has always been, a lie. (The implied “necessary” is also a lie.)

Dr. Marks adds that even drinking too much water can be harmful. It could even be said that inhaling just a single cup of water into the lungs is life-threatening.

The point is whether any pharmaceutical is safe at the correct dose, with the correct method of administration, and for the right condition. According to his name tag, chairman Brad Wenstrup is a doctor, so he should know to ask a more specific question. The fact that he (intentionally?) did not, assists dr. Marks in minimizing the perceived risks of pharmaceutical products.
