Flood Watch issued for parts of SE Wis.

The ground is still frozen so with the new rain and the snow melting there is concern for river and stream flooding as well as localized ponding and minor urban street flooding so a Flood Watch begins for counties along and south of I-94 at 6 p.m. and continues until 6 a.m. on Wednesday. The Flood Watch continues past the time the rain stops because it will take some time for the rivers to rise and crest.
