Even the Creation Account is About Jesus: Twelve Times Christ is Referenced from Gen. 1:1 to 2:3

There is much debate about the nature of the creation account in Genesis. Those who take a high view of Divine Inspiration often focus on the case that it is making scientifically accurate claims. OTOH, many scholars who are either unbelievers or take a lower view of inspiration claim that the meaning of the document must be bound by the understanding that they think the "audience of the day" may have had. Both of these approaches miss the real message of the creation account, and it is a miraculous one- it is pointing to the work and person of Christ. The creation account in Gen. 1:1 to 2:3 is very short, yet it points to Christ no fewer than twelve times. While the dispute rages about the nature of the text, the answer that Christ and His apostles taught hasn't been a part of the conversation, and it should be. The creation account is about Jesus.

An interlinear translation of Genesis 1:27 so you can see that the Hebrew does say "Ha-adam", which is "THE Man", not just "man" https://biblehub.com/interlinear/genesis/1-27.htm
