As former President Donald Trump endeavors to reshape the configuration of the Republican National Committee (RNC), two resolutions are currently circulating within the RNC, and if ratified by members, could potentially impede the process, as outlined in a draft of the resolutions obtained by CNN.

The first resolution aims to ensure that the RNC and its leadership maintain neutrality, refraining from hiring additional staff from any of the presidential campaigns until a nominee is definitively determined by reaching 1,215 delegates.

While Trump is steadily approaching the Republican presidential nomination and has asserted dominance in early-voting contests this year, campaign officials, in a recent memo, projected that the former president is on track to accrue enough delegates to secure the Republican nomination by no later than March 19.

Earlier this month, Trump announced plans to appoint senior adviser Chris LaCivita as the chief operating officer of the RNC, CNN reported.
