An Identity lecture given by Pastor James P. Wickstrom of Yahweh's Truth ministries. Pastor Wickstrom has been an Identity teacher for over 30 years.

It's obvious a VCR camera is used to record Dr Wickstrom's presentations, I know from experience, unless you were willing to drop $700 PLUS USD on a top of the line, the best quality (even using an in-expensive 4 head VCR camera), was to record in Standard Speed. Thus, ONLY allowing for a maximum of 120 minutes record time.
I believe this is why the tape stops at 123 minutes, running out of tape. It appears that Dr Wickstrom was wrapping it up anyway.
