a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 big apple
160 g(~1/2 cup) yogurt
2 medium eggs
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
80 g(1/2 cup) dried cranberries/ raisins
80 g(1/2 cup) almonds/ nuts
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

cinnamon
1 apple and 1 banana
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or your favorite
25 g(1/4 cup) nuts/ or almonds
bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
