- Beef trotters (Payee): 4 pieces
- Water: 10-12 cups
- Garlic cloves: 8-10, chopped
- Ginger: 1-inch piece, chopped
- Onion: 1 large, sliced
- Tomatoes: 2 medium, chopped
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 3-4 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish
- Lemon wedges: for serving

Instructions:
1. Clean the beef trotters thoroughly under running water.
2. In a large pot, add water and beef trotters. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer for about 1-2 hours until the trotters are tender and the broth is flavorful.
3. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until golden brown.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the spices are aromatic.
6. Add this spice mixture to the pot with beef trotters and broth. Stir well to combine.
7. Let the beef trotters simmer in the spiced broth for another 30-40 minutes until the flavors are well infused.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges and naan bread.
