Rumors of Another WBD Sale

More rumors spreading around that WBD is trying to sell themselves off, even to Paramount. I just don't know if I can take this rumor seriously.
The company is worth billions, they have a debt of $50 billion, Discovery has only owned the company for a year and a half, and they just merged all their properties together.
