These videos were made on January 30, 2024, in freezing weather. One of the most exciting aspects of Trout Creek Campground is that it is OPEN YEAR ROUND, so its a great winter camping destination at only 1300 FT. As of Jan 2024, it is $8 per night per single site and $25 per night per double/group site. The roads were clear and boat ramp/launch usable, so this is an outstanding winter camping option right on the Shoreline of Lower Deschutes River, and its an outstanding fishing base camp as well!
