Whole-wheat crepes recipe:

1 egg
1 cup plant milk, low-fat milk, or any
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats flour
Mix

Oil the pan and Cook on medium-low heat
Turn when it’s brown and enjoy!!

You can prepare the crepe the day before
Store the mixtures in the fridge ( 🥣 )
Store the crepe at room temperature, covered, for the next day.

2- overnight oats recipe

1/2 cups oats quick
3/4 cup low-fat milk or plant milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Mix fridge 4 h or overnight
Top it with banana
Dark chocolate chips ( optional)

Enjoy !!

3 oats banana waffles Recipe : make 4 pieces

1 banana
1 cups Oats Flour ( I blend the quick oats and store them )
1/2 cup milk

2 rice cakes
Peanut butter
1 banana
Honey
Cinnamon powder
Walnuts

I had it with my coffee so easy as fast, healthy breakfast
